Bin blaze ordeal for OAP, 92
YOBS set fire to a wheelie bin outside the front door of a 92-year-old man's home.
The flames badly damaged the front of the house in Bedale Avenue, Billingham, but the pensioner managed to escape unharmed.
Police are now hunting those responsible for the incident at around 2pm on Monday.
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: "There was extensive damage to the front of the property. The man was checked over by medical staff at the scene and did not need any further attention."
