Boy, 13, attacked in street

A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was left with a broken nose after being attacked in the street.

Police are appealing for information after the teenager was attacked in Sandringham Road in Hartlepool at around 3.40pm on Thursday, January 10.

The boy was walking home from school when the assault took place and he was taken for treatment at the Hartlepool One Life Centre.

A 17-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of assault and have been released on bail pending further investgation.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed anything or for anyone with any information to come forward.
