TWO people were questioned as part of an international sting on internet medicine dealing.
The man and woman were held in Hartlepool after tablets worth around £115,000 were seized.
The operation was launched against suspected importation of fake Viagra and anti-obesity pills.
The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said its haul included counterfeit Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.
Police in Spain also arrested four people suspected of being part of a gang shipping drugs from China and Singapore.
