Car crashes into railings in Harlepool street
A car has crashed through a barrier on a Hartlepool road.
A green Skoda crashed into railings on Powlett Road at 1.20pm today.
Officers from Cleveland Police attended the scene, but nobody was injured.
The car, which suffered damage to its front end, was towed away.
