HALF term fun is on the way to a community centre.
The events start on Friday, February 12, at Blackhall Community Centre, Hesleden Road, with an adults-only disco from 7pm until 11pm.
This will be followed on Tuesday, February 16, with boxercise classes for eight to 12-year-olds from 3pm, which has limited places.
On Wednesday, February 17, the Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 movie will be shown from 10am until 12.30pm.
This is followed by games for five to eight-year-olds from 1pm until 2pm and 2pm until 3pm for over-nines.
On Thursday, February 18, the action continues from 10.30am for five to 10-year-olds, followed by a family arts and crafts session from 2pm until 4pm, with limited places.
On Friday, February 19, there will be a free "step forward and dance" session from 10am until noon.
There's also a Funky Feet class from 9.30am until 11am and a Hi-lights kids' disco for the under-12s from 4.30pm until 6pm.
