A HOUSING group has been shortlisted in three categories in the northern region of the Tenant Participation Advisory Service Awards 2013.
East Durham Homes (EDH) has been shortlisted in the ‘Excellence in Tenant Led Scrutiny’, ‘Tenant/Resident Involvement Officer of the Year’ and ‘Tenant/Resident Liaison Officer of the Year’ categories.
The EDH Customer Inspection and Improvement Panel has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Tenant Led Scrutiny, customer involvement manager Julie Dower has been nominated for Tenant/Resident Involvement Officer of the Year and East Durham Homes nominated Emma O’Sullivan, tenant liaison officer for its contracting partner Keepmoat as Tenant/resident Liaison Officer of the Year.
Paul Mains, EDH interim chief executive, said: “To be recognised and shortlisted for three awards is a real achievement.”
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on the May 3.
