MOTORISTS face delays after a tanker broke down at Wolviston roundabout.

Cleveland Police were alerted of the problems at around 4.40pm on Friday and the incident has caused queues on the A689.

Meanwhile, another town road has also been hit by delays after a two-car smash.

The crash happened near to the entrance of Tesco, in Burn Road, at around 4.15pm.

Traffic was slow moving in both directions after the incident.

The vehicles were in the process of being recovered at 5.30pm.
