Police appeal after man found dead in Hartlepool town centre house

RELATIVES of a man who was found dead at home are being urged to get in contact with a coroner.

David John Hay was discovered in his property in Laburnum Street, in the town centre area of Hartlepool, on Tuesday, June 24.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 61-year-old.

Cleveland Police today released an appeal for members of Mr Hay’s family to come forward.

A spokeswoman said: “The coroner’s office is appealing for relatives of David John Hay, aged 61, to contact them. Mr Hay was found deceased at his home address of Laburnum Street.”
