HARTLEPOOL residents can enjoy a cloudy but dry Easter Monday before the rain hits the town for the majority of the rest of the week.

After a dry Easter weekend so far, forecasters say Hartlepool won’t be so lucky for the rest of the week.

Other than a short light shower expected on Monday afternoon, the rest of the day is forecast to stay dry with a high of 10C.

Although that temperature isn’t expected to drop on Tuesday, the rain clouds will gather and rain is forecast to fall for most of the day.

Wednesday isn’t expected to be as wet, but rain will still fall during period throughout the day.

The temperature is expected to rise slightly however with highs of 13C.

And people can expect much of the same on Thursday with rainfall predicted and temperatures reaching around 12C in Hartlepool.
