A FANTASTIC prize for brides-to-be just got even better.

Two more sponsors have joined the impressive list of backers for the Mail's Bride of the Year competition, run in conjunction with Robert Usher Photography.

It means a prize package worth more than 10,000 is up for grabs.

The latest additions to the team are town company Cards R hUdSons which is offering 150-worth of balloons.

And Autonomy, at Dalton Park, is offering to provide a 150 outfit for the bride's mother or grandmother.

Photographer Robert Usher said: "These are great additions to our package and it is definitely a prize worth winning.

"We are delighted to welcome these latest companies on board."

Our winning bride will tie the knot in a dream wedding at the Staincliffe Hotel, in Seaton Carew, on Friday, August 20.

Just tell us why you think you deserve the title of Bride of the Year.

The best entries will go forward to a public vote, and from those chosen, a panel of judges will decide our winner.

The once-in-a-lifetime prize includes the cost of the ceremony, the dress, suit hire, cake, photos and video of the big day.

Flowers, cars, make-up, rings and the night-time entertainment is also provided. Entrants mustn't be shy of some publicity.

Send your entry to: Chris Cordner, Hartlepool Mail, New Clarence House, Wesley Square, Hartlepool, TS24 8BX, or email chris.cordner@northeast-press.co.uk

Please include contact address and telephone numbers. Normal comp-etition rules apply.
