A man was treated in hospital after he was pulled from the North Sea by emergency services today.

The alarm was raised to Humber Coastguard at 10.54am on Saturday, following reports that a male was in the water between Hartlepool Golf Club and Crimdon

Hartlepool and Seaham Coastguards, Cleveland Police, Durham Police, hazardous area response team and the ambulance service attended the incient

The man was taken to hospital by ambulance suffering from hypothermia.
