PARAMEDICS were called to a pub after reports that a woman had taken ill.
An ambulance and paramedic car were called to the Ward Jackson, in Church Square, Hartlepool, at 4pm yesterday.
They had been told that a woman was in need of medical treatment, but after being checked over she did not need taking to hospital.
A spokesman for the North East Ambulance Service said: “We attended the scene but the woman did not need to go to hospital.
“After speaking to her, we decided that it was not serious and she was left in the premises.”
