THE date for a hearing into allegations of gross misconduct against the Deputy Chief Constable of Cleveland Police Derek Bonnard has been revealed.
The hearing has been announced to start on Monday, November 12, and could last up to three weeks.
Police say the hearing will be held in private.
Mr Bonnard will face seven allegations of gross misconduct.
It follows a managed investigation carried out by the Independent Police Complaints Commission following a referral from Cleveland Police Authority in August last year.
One matter of potential gross misconduct has been deferred pending the outcome of the wider criminal investigation ongoing by Operation Sacristy.
Mr Bonnard remains suspended from duty.
