JESSICA Adams and her pals had a whale of a time in the Big Apple.
But they remembered to spare a thought for their home town.
They smiled for the camera as they helped raised awareness of the greatest town on the planet.
Jessica said: “Myself and a few other pupils from Manor College of Technology ventured to New York City and were proud to be a Poolie. Here’s the proof.”
Our thanks go to Jessica, Jenna Porritt, Aimee Sherry, Georgia Procter and Sarah Immison for taking the time to pose for the camera.
Why don’t you do the same?
All we want you to do is pick up a copy of our poster from the Hartlepool Mail reception or download it from www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk. It contains the slogan Proud To Be A Poolie.
Take it with you whenever you go on holiday or go away for a short break.
Have your photograph taken with the poster and send it to us so that we can publish it – and show that you have helped to spread the Hartlepool word.
