Pictures of pride

FORMER Hartlepool man Bill Robson Junior still loves the town where he was born.

And to prove it, he posed with a copy of the Hartlepool Mail’s Proud To Be A Poolie poster.

Bill was born in Hartlepool and then lived in Trimdon Village before moving to Langley City, which is in the British Columbia area of Canada.

Our thanks go to Bill for backing our Proud To Be A Poolie campaign. We want you to do the same.

Another person to get in on the act is student Dalton Mason.

He’s also proud to be a Poolie – and he has got the picture evidence to prove it.

The 20-year-old from Hartlepool is currently studying mathematics at the University of York but he took time out to back the campaign.

All we want you to do is pick up a copy of our new poster from the Hartlepool Mail reception which contains the slogan Proud To Be A Poolie.

Or, why not visit our website at www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk and click on the link on the home page to download and print a copy.

Then, take your poster with you whenever you go on holiday or go away for a short break.

Have your photograph taken with the poster and send it to us so that we can publish it – and show that you have helped to spread the Hartlepool word.

So come on readers, get your copy of the new poster and get snapping.

Then send us the photographic evidence and we will do the rest.

Send your photos to the Mail newsdesk, Hartlepool Mail, New Clarence House, Wesley Square, Hartlepool, TS24 8BX, or email them to mail.news@northeast-press.co.uk
