IT’S gonna be a class night at the college.

Hartlepool Sixth Form College will host this year’s Pride of Hartlepool Awards at its stunning Brinkburn site.

The awards on Thursday, March 21, promise to be a night of amazing stories of hope, courage and bravery – packed with high emotion.

And where better to hold it than one of the town’s recently celebrated buildings, in Blakelock Road.

The college was recently given a 100 per cent satisfaction rate in a student survey – and we are sure all our nominees and sponsors will be more than satisfied with the stunning facilities, including it’s unique atrium and state-of-the-art theatre where the awards will be presented.

College principal Rick Wells said “We look forward to celebrating the achievements of the award winners in our great town.”

Mail editor Joy Yates said: “It’s great to have the college on board. They have hosted some great events in the past, including their own productions and awards – as well as many other events we have covered in the Mail, such as the acclaimed Youth Speaks events.

“The new building is certainly one for the college and the town to be proud of and a fitting host and backdrop for the Mail’s Pride of Hartlepool Awards.”
