Have your say

SCHOOL prom season is back with a vengeance this evening.

No less than three schools in our area are holding their farewell balls on Thursday for Year 11 pupils.

Needless to say our photographers will be there – just as we will be for all the proms throughout Hartlepool and East Durham – to catch leavers in their posh frocks and new suits.

So make sure you buy the next edition of the Hartlepool Mail to see the first pictures from each event.

We will start on Friday with photographs from balls held by Hartlepool’s English Martyrs School, Peterlee’s Dene Community School and Easington Community Science College.

Further images will also appear shortly after on our www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk and www.peterleestar.co.uk websites.

Countless more will then be published in separate supplements in the Hartlepool Mail and our Peterlee Star sister paper once the proms season ends next month.

Remember too that you will be able to order copies of pictures published in our papers and on our website.

You can either telephone our photosales department on (01429) 239408 or log on to our websites at www.northeastpress.newsprints.co.uk

Please make note of any reference numbers printed alongside pictures (eg, Martyrs01).

For now, why not enjoy our look back at just some of the photographs we took at last year’s events by clicking on our slideshow above
