A HISTORIC church is holding a medieval-themed summer fair tomorrow.
There will be a range of activities for all the family at Holy Trinity Church, in Seaton Carew, on Saturday.
The fun will include children’s games, bouncy castles, tombola, raffles, bric-a-brac and a crockery smash.
There will be a children’s fancy dress competition, organisers and stall-holders will be in medieval get-up. There will also be an adult’s cake-baking competition.
Entertainment will also come from Hartlepool Hawks cheerleading squad and the Golden Flatts Primary School Glee Club.
Sarah Barton, who organises the event, said: “It has been a success every year since we started five years ago.
“Last year we raised £1,500 for the church and hope to raise even more this year.”
More than 700 people turned out to the transformed church last year and Sarah expects even more on Saturday.
The fair will take place at the church from 2pm to 4pm.
