A SHOWCASE business meeting has attracted nearly 50 exhibitors and 250 registered visitors – with three days still to go.
The first ever Tees Valley Business Summit will be held next Tuesday at Dunedin House, in Stockton, with more than a dozen Hartlepool firms among those lined up to attend.
The summit is being run in association with the Mail, and will include workshop sessions led by industry experts from organisations including UKTI, HMRC and the National Apprenticeship Service.
A spokesman said: “With only days to go the Tees Valley Business Summit is shaping up to be a very rewarding day – 48 exhibitors are signed up, over 250 attendees registered to attend and a packed programme revealed offering numerous opportunities to network, learn and discuss.”
The summit starts at 8.30am and will finish at 3.30pm.
It will include a keynote speech to be given by a Government minister.
The showcase will be interactive with a series of workshops covering topics such as securing finance, trading overseas, employee relations, identifying opportunities for growth, business law, and marketing and social media.
There is no charge to attend, but registration is essential.
