A PACKED programme of nostalgic music, murder mystery, and comedy is coming to a popular theatre in the next few weeks.
The Forum Theatre at Billingham will present five new stage shows to audiences and aims to offer something for everyone.
It kicks off on Tuesday, June 4, at 2.30pm with We’ll Meet Again, the record-breaking touring show.
Featuring the music of The Martyn St James band, the regular team are joined by TV comedy star Adam Daye recalling the wonderful comedy radio stars and music of the 1940s.
That is followed by funnyman Joe Longthorne on Wednesday, June 5, at 7.30pm.
Joe’s repertoire of voices is endless and includes hundreds of the world’s top singers.
During his 30-year career, Joe has received gold and platinum discs for his albums, enjoyed sell-out concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, and toured Australia several times.
On Friday, June 7, The Forum will focus on the infamous Whitechapel murders in Jack the Ripper - A 21st Century Investigation.
The two-hour show is presented by retired murder squad detective Trevor Marriot who has carried out a cold-case investigation into the murders with startling results.
It is packed with pictures from the original 1888 crime scenes, the victims, and suspects.
An entertaining mix of music from the shows can be enjoyed in Broadway & Beyond on Saturday, June 8.
That is followed by music from the 50s and 60s in C’mon Everybody on Sunday, June 9, at 7.30pm.
