TIME is running out for people to snap up tickets for an evening of live music, dancing and cuisine in aid of good causes in Hartlepool.
This Friday, April 12 the Chairman Goes GaGa dinner will be held in the Grand Hotel, in Swainson Street, at 7pm, which will include a Lady GaGa tribute act by Carrie plus a four-course meal and disco.
The money raised will go to seven local charities which Hartlepool Council chairman, Labour councillor Stephen Akers-Belcher, has chosen to support during his year as chairman.
Coun Akers-Belcher said: “This is a great night out with some excellent entertainment.”
The chosen charities are: The Belle Vue Youth Project; Central Correctors; Hartlepool Young Carers; NYPD (Nurturing Young People’s Development); The Phoenix Funsters; The Rifty Youth Project and The Wharton Annexe.
