A TODDLER group strutted their stuff on a charity walk around their playgroup.
Fifty children from Oxford Road Baptist Church, in Caledonian Road, Hartlepool, took part in the sponsored toddle to raise money for charity Barnardo’s.
The youngsters, all aged under three-years-old, waddled around their hall, up and down slides, across trampolines and down corridors, in a bid to raise cash for the good cause.
Janet Johnson, one of the group’s leaders, said: “There were lots of Batman and Superman costumes and all the children really got involved and seemed to thoroughly enjoy it.
“They loved doing it all together and had a great time. It was quite a good walk for the little ones, but they completed the task very well.”
She added: “At the end of the course they all got badges and certificates and of course raised some much-needed cash for a very worthwhile cause.”
