A DANCING duo are re-establishing themselves on the world scene with another list of top performances.
Hartlepool woman Adele Jang Don and her South Korean husband, Jang SeHyoung Don, represented England at the European Professional Classical Showdance competition, and were the highest English couple in the competition held at Gera in Germany.
They followed that up with a semi-final placing at the World 10 Dance championships in Canada.
Then it was back to Germany for the European 10 dance competition where they reached the grand finals of the competition held in Cheminitz.
And they returned to Germany for a third time, for the World Professional Showdance competition in Bonn.
The couple placed seventh in the world.
All their successes come after their recent return to dancing following the birth of their first child Sung Hee Jang late last year.
Adele said: “All of these results were amazing to us because we are achieving these with our son right beside us.”
There’s no let-up in their hectic schedule either.
The couple performed during a charity event in the Borough hall in Hartlepool last night and then travelled to Nottingham for a show in which they were dancing.
Adele added: “We also have three shows over the holiday season in New York. We also will dance a charity show to help raise funds for those who were affected from the disaster in the Philippines.
“When we lived in new york our studio catered for the Philipino community of New Jersey.”
Adele and Jang first became a couple after travelling to New York in 2006 to seek work as dancing partners.
