Two people taken to hospital after crash in Hartlepool

TWO people were taken to hospital after a two vehicle collision on Hartlepool’s Headland.

They collided on Durham Street at around 9.15pm on Tuesday and the fire brigade and ambulance services attended.

One fire engine from the Headland Fire Station turned out and gave first aid to two casualties.

They were then taken to hospital by ambulance.

Firefighters also removed the vehicles from the road.
