Several weeks ago now it was said in the press that Labour MP, Kate Hoey, was about to be appointed to run the No campaign in the forthcoming European Referendum.
Since then the matter has ceased to appear in the papers.
Who is making the appointment?
Why are they making the appointment?
When is a campaigning organisation to be set up?
Is this going to attract some Government money?
If so, how much?
Speaking personally I think Kate Hoey would be an excellent choice because of her continued good work in Parliament and her outstanding career as a Labour MP.
She would have great cross party appeal.
