Now that our illustrious MP has got his slippers back on and his place on the gravy train secured for the next five years, is he actually going to to something of any substance for us - ie the return of some if not all of our NHS services?
He was conspicuous by his absence when they were being dismantled on his watch, except for his eagerness for his self-promotion on various photoshoots on the now-defunct Wynyard dream.
Or does his remit only involve his weekly appearance in our local paper?
His homespun philosophies do not constitute any concrete or positive benefits for his constituents.
Here’s hoping the next time he appears in his column he will have something concrete to say, or he has actually achieved something.
