I should like to thank everybody who supported our latest ActionAid book sale.

Thanks to your help we made £67, which will go to the charity’s disaster and emergency fund.

Our next book sale will be held on February 27 at Hartlepool Central Library, between 10.30am and 3.30pm.

Our project this year will be aiding women and girls in Ghana to assist children forced into early marriages, or to prevent such abuses by making girls more aware of their rights.
