Why not three smaller wards?

HOW can Hartlepool Borough Council vote to accept the suggested new wards for our town while they are still under discussion?

If I remember rightly the last day for any objections was June 20, and then there will be talks, etc, as to what eventually will be decided.

I have sent an objection in to the Boundary Commission as Elwick, Hart and Dalton have been linked together for many years and I feel it is very wrong for us to be divided.

The same goes for Greatham and the Fens.

Why not only have two councillors for three smaller wards that cater for the rural community instead of two big ones?

It would still only be covered by six councillors.
