There's big money to be won – since it started we have paid out thousands of pounds in prize money!

You have to build a team capable of winning the championship and top prize of £1,000. You have £30million to spend on your team.

There's £500 for second place and £250 for third, £100 for fourth, £75 for fifth and &50 for sixth. There is also £25 for each manager of the month, £15 for the best result of the week, and £10 a week spot prize.
This is how you make your choice. You must pick:

One team goalkeeper, one team defence (you cannot have a goalkeeper and defence from the same team), six named goalscorers.

This is how you score:

You lose a goal for each goal conceded by your goalkeeper.

You lose a goal for each goal conceded by your defence.

You score a goal for each goal scored by one of your strikers.

The goals conceded and scored by your team in a weekend go to make up your team's result, with three points for a win, one for a draw, and nothing for a defeat.

The league will be played from Friday, February 1, to Monday, May 5. Only fixtures between Friday night and Monday night count. If a team plays twice, only the first game counts. If more than twenty teams are not in competitive action on a weekend, then that weekend's Dream Teams programme is declared void.

If one of your selected teams (goalkeeper or defence) does not play, then you lose one goal. If both don't play, you lose two goals.

Choose two substitutes. These are only used if two identical teams are entered. One of them will be used at our discretion to give you a unique team. The price of each sub must not be more than the price of your cheapest player – if we have to make a substitution the team must still be within your budget.

Fill in the coupon below, enclose a cheque/postal order for £4 to cover administration costs, made payable to Northeast Press Limited. You must be at least 18 years old to play. No correspondence will be entered into.
