CHRIS Burton and his team face a difficult decision or two in the coming days and weeks.

The Hartlepool-trained fighter will sit down with manager Dave Garside and coach Neil Fannan to see which direction Hightower’s career is heading following a bad defeat at the weekend.

His cruiserweight days look over after he was stopped inside two rounds of his North-East derby with Jon Lewis Dickinson in Aberdeen on Saturday night.

And while Burton looked in absolutely brilliant condition for his 10-round battle at Aberdeen Exhibition Centre, it would appear the big drop in weight from his heavyweight days may have affected his punch resistence.
