Luke Cope will defend his English title for the second time in Hartlepool tomorrow.
The 19-year-old will face Stephen Rolfe, from Retford, at the Engineers Social Club.
Hartlepool Elite Boxing Aademy stage the show at the Raby Road venue.
Luke, part of the fighting Cope family, lifted the English U60 kilo belt at Leamington Spa last December, when he outpointed Danny Quartermaine.
“I’m expecting a good fight,” said Cope.
The Gus Robinson Developments boxer is part of a bumper 16-contest card (start 1pm).
There will be 12 boxers from HEBA and three from Gus Robinson Developments.
Elite send out two debutants, Rebecca Lister, 13, and Jayme Calvert, 11, while Henri Crossman, Cory Chapman, Louie Wharton and Kenzie Canterdale all have skills bouts.
There are first competition bouts for Jason Cummings and Jessica Bage, while Liam O’Neill is back in action after returning following a long injury.
Senior boxers Robert Gormer and Ben Henderson are also in action, as are Gus Robinson pair Henry Rowbotham and Byron Duggan. HEBA coach Paul Barnes said: “We are looking forward to this one.
“The kids are looking really fresh considering it’s the end of the season.
“We have had great support from clubs wanting to support our show from up and down the country.”
Tickets are still available on the door, priced £12, for an afternoon of top quality amateur boxing. Doors open 1pm.
