Savannah Marshall is a near-certain selection for Great Britain’s middleweight spot when women’s boxing makes its debut at the greatest sporting show on earth.
And fellow Poolie puncher Amanda Coulson kept her London 2012 dream alive with the “perfomance of my life” on Saturday.
Coulson blew the battle for the lightweight vest wide open when she became GB champion in the capital.
The 29-year-old beat rival Chantelle Cameron 22-17 in a thriller at York Hall in Bethnal Green.
