HARTLEPOOL’S Olympic boxing hopefuls Amanda Coulson and Savannah Marshall will both be in action at British amateur boxing’s big showpiece in London this weekend.

Coulson faces one of her rivals for the lightweight place at London 2012, Chantelle Cameron, in Saturday’s GB Championship final at York Hall in Bethnal Green.

And Marshall has been added to the show which will screened on BBC1.

The 2010 world silver medallist will not feature in the GB Championships as there is no one in her class to take her on in the British Isles.

But boxing bosses have arranged a specially-arranged international bout for the 20-year-old.

The Headland ABC will face vastly-experienced German fighter Andrea Strohmayer over four rounds.

It will be a stiff test for Marshall, who came back from last month’s European Championship in the Netherlands with a bronze medal.
