NEWCASTLE United captain Coloccini has been passed fit to face Arsenal – but Rolando Aarons’s comeback has been put back.
United manager Alan Pardew had been concerned about Coloccini’s fitness after he returned from injury last weekend against Chelsea.
But Coloccini has trained this week without any problems.
And Janmaat, Coloccini’s defensive colleague, has shrugged off a minor problem.
However, winger Aarons – who has been sidelined for a month with a hamstring problem – won’t be involved, while Moussa Sissoko and Steven Taylor are suspended.
Asked about injuries, Pardew said: “There’s good news on that front.
“Coloccini – who we had a worry about – is fine, and Daryl is fine.
“Obviously, the two goalies being out means Jak (Alnwick) will play.
“Moussa and Tayls are suspended, but everybody else looks pretty good.”
