Hartlepool United fans have their first chance to see nine of Ronnie Moore’s new signings in action against Billingham Town tonight.
Pools take on their Northern League neighbours at Bedford Terrace (KO 7pm) - the first of their nine pre-season friendlies ahead of the new League Two campaign.
Moore will play two different sides in each half, with nine of the new faces set to play over the course of the 90 minutes.
Meanwhile, three trialists Fergus Bell, Leon Dawson and Johnny Giles will also have the chance to impress, while Stuart Parnaby will also be given the first 45 minutes.
Trevor Carson, Harry Worley, Carl Magnay and Billy Paynter will all make their first Pools appearances in the first half before new keeper Peter Denton, winger Kudus Oyenuga, defender Jake Carroll and strikers Rakish Bingham and Rhys Oates play the second half.
