HARTLEPOOL United will not be rushed in their search for a new manager with an appointment not expected until the back end of next week at the earliest.

Micky Barron and Ritchie Humphreys will definitely be in charge for Saturday’s trip to Brentford and they could still be in temporary care by the time Colchester United come to Victoria Park in nine days’ time.
