POOLS fans will be able to get their hands on the new home shirt next week.

The traditional blue and white strip - which was worn for the first time against Middlesbrough on Wednesday night - was first unveiled at the club’s end of season awards night back in May.

Club officials have now confirmed the new home shirt will go on sale from 9am on Wednesday, August 6.

Made from the latest Dri-FIT technology, the new home shirt also has a mesh back panel for enhanced ventilation which ensures fans remain “cool and comfortable”.

Prices range from adult short-sleeved £44, youth short-sleeved £38 and juniors £36. Adult long-sleeved £47, £39 for youths and £37 for juniors.

Today, Friday, August 1, marks the last day that Pools fans get a Hartlepool United season ticket for a reduced price.

Reduced price season tickets are on sale from the club ticket office until 4pm today and the prices are as follows:

Adult - £200

Seniors/Students - £150

Under 19 - £100

Under 16 - £60

l Meanwhile, Hartlepool United are currently looking to recruit a ticket office supervisor for the club ticket office.

Anyone interested should send a typed CV together with a written cover to Maureen Smith, Senior Administrator, Hartlepool United FC Ltd, Victoria Park, Clarence Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8BZ.
