RONNIE Moore is still looking to add two more loan signings to his squad but admits they may not be in place before the weekend match at Shrewsbury.
Moore has added Sunderland defender Scott Harrison, Mansfield Town striker Rakish Bingham and Reading midfielder Aaron Tshibola to the squad but has so far struggled to add further new faces.
He admits it has been “difficult” to attract players to bottom side Pools but is still confident of adding two more loanees.
But he says that is unlikely to be in time for Saturday’s trip to Shrewsbury in Sky Bet League Two.
Moore said: “I brought three lads in and they all contributed in their own way.
“I call Scott Harrison new, but people know him well already and with Bingham up top with his pace and Tish in the middle with his strength and power.
“If we can add two more we are trying then it gives another lift.
“But it’s difficult it really is and it’s difficult because of where we are [in the league].
“The experienced players don’t really want to come here, or you can get one or two more inexperienced kids and in our situation do we need that?
“I’ve been very lucky so far with those three, but you don’t want too many and we go down the experienced route.
“If nothing happens for the weekend, then maybe we look at youth next week,” added Moore who was speaking at his pre-match press conference.
