LEWIS Hawkins starts for Hartlepool United for the crunch clash with Accrington Stanley at Victoria Park.

In the only change to the side, Hawkins comes in for Brad Walker, who drops down to the bench.

Pools are third bottom, a point above the relegation zone, while tonight’s visitors are 17th in Sky Bet League Two, virtually safe.

Boss Ronnie Moore has stuck with his 3-5-2 system, with on-loan Preston North End striker Jordan Hugill starting alongside Jonathan Franks.

Scott Fenwick again has to make do with a place on the bench.
