LUKE James and James Poole have returned to the Hartlepool United starting eleven for this afternoon’s Sky Bet League Two match against Burton Albion.

Colin Cooper has returned to a 4-4-1-1 formation, with Poole playing behind 10-goal top scorer James, at Victoria Park.

Jonathan Franks and Bradley Walker drop down to the bench as Cooper shuffles his pack against promotion chasing Burton, who are currently sixth in the league.

Pools start the day in 14th position looking to make inroads into the teams above them ahead of the busy festive period, which will see them play three games in seven days.
