NEW signing Marlon Harewood goes straight into Colin Cooper’s Hartlepool United side for this afternoon’s League Two clash away to Fleetwood Town.

Jack Compton also comes back into the side with Jonathan Franks dropping down to the bench and James Poole, out with a hamstring injury, is not in the squad.

Harewood will partner 10-goal top scorer Luke James up front.

Meanwhile, Jordan Richards again deputises at right-back for injured Michael Duckworth, out for at least a month with a double hernia.

Fleetwood’s loan signing from Sunderland, Mikael Mandron starts on the bench.
