SHOLA and Sammy Ameobi will return for Newcastle United at Goodison Park in a welcome injury boost for Alan Pardew.
And Shane Ferguson and Haris Vuckic are also available for Monday night’s game against Everton.
Pardew has been hit with a number of injuries in recent weeks, not least in defence.
Tim Krul, Danny Simpson and Cheik Tiote are all sidelined, while Ryan Taylor is out for several months.
Captain Fabricio Coloccini is a major doubt for the Everton game, but Pardew’s attacking options are looking healthier.
The Ameobi brothers are yet to kick a ball in anger, having both suffered hamstring injuries in pre-season.
Shane Ferguson, also yet to play for United this term, made his comeback in a Northern Ireland jersey on Tuesday night.
“We have both Sammy and Shola back,” Pardew said.
“Plus, we have Shane Ferguson back.
“We’re keen to have him. Fingers crossed for him, because he hasn’t done a lot of work, but he’s come back OK, and we’re really pleased.
Meanwhile, Vuckic – who scored the goal which sent the club into the Europa League’s group stage – has recovered from a groin problem.
“Haris is fine, and he trained well,” added Pardew.
Everton won two of their opening three league games, and are odds-on favourites to claim a third victory against injury-hit Newcastle.
Pardew, however, remains confident his team can get a result.
“Going forward, we have no problems”, he said. “They’re all available, and they’re all in good shape.
“I think the diligence we have at the back ,and the professionalism we’ve shown, makes me think we have enough at Everton to win the game.”
