Diego Costa to snub Arsenal and Chelsea, Drogba do play for New York and Man United want Paris midfielder

ARSENAL and Chelsea both look set to miss out on one of their top reported targets this summer.

The transfer window may have closed almost a month ago, but there is still plenty specualtion in the media.

The Daily Express reports that Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo says he has no intention of selling striker Diego Costa, 25, to Arsenal or Chelsea this summer, and is not interested in a player-exchange involving on-loan goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, 21.
