JOHN Carver says Newcastle United’s visit to Leicester City is the toughest of the club’s remaining fixtures.
Carver’s 14th-placed side take on Leicester tomorrow looking to end a run of seven successive Premier League defeats and climb to safety.

The club’s head coach watched Chelsea’s 3-1 win at the King Power Stadium on Wednesday night.
And Carver said: “This is a tough game. The atmosphere was incredible (against Chelsea), and we’re going to have to cope with that.
“They’re a big physical side, but they did run out of steam against a side who are going to win the title.
“Of our last four games, it’s probably one of the toughest we’ve got left.”
Meanwhile, Leicester are sweating on the fitness of defender Robert Huth and midfielder Andy King, while striker David Nugent is sidelined through injury.

When asked if he could understand where Pearson was coming from, Carver said: “Absolutely. He’s exactly the same as me.
“He wears his heart on his sleeve, and I can understand why he loses his temper with journalists. It’s sometimes frustrating.He’s done an excellent job.”
