Liverpool and Arsenal want Austrian defender as Manchester United renew bid for Real Madrid left-back

ARSENAL and Liverpool have both been credited with an interest in a young Austrian star today.

The Daily Star today reported that the Premier League duo are joining Juventus in the race to sign Austrian defender Martin Hinteregger, 21, from Red Bull Salzburg.

Elsewhere, David Moyes’ hunt for a new left-back seems set to take him to Spain again.

Manchester United are planning to make a renewed bid for Real Madrid’s 25-year-old left-back Fabio Coentrao, according to the Metro.
