TIM Krul is expecting a busy afternoon at the Etihad Stadium tomorrow – but Newcastle United’s goalkeeper wouldn’t have it any other way!
Manchester City have averaged more than three goals a game in their five home fixtures so far this season.
And Krul faces the unenviable challenge of keeping Sergio Ageuro, Mario Balotelli and Edin Dzeko off the scoresheet.
However, Krul isn’t fazed by the fixture against the Premier League leaders – and he doesn’t believe any of his team-mates will be, either.
And he believes Newcastle – who beat Everton 2-1 in their last game to stay third in the league, and boast the meanest defence in the top-flight – can upset the odds.
“It’s exciting – I know I’m going to be busy, but I like those games,” Krul told SportMail.
