NEWCASTLE United midfielder Brad Inman is stalling over signing a new one-year contract.
The Australian-born ace was offered a new deal after impressing while on loan at Crewe Alexandra last season.
But the youngster is unsure whether to commit his future to the club or move on and get regular first-team football elsewhere.
Inman spent the second half of last season at Crewe, where he scored eight goals in 26 appearances and helped them to the Johnstone Paint Trophy Final, where he picked up a winners’ medal after they beat Southend 2-0 at Wembley.
The 21-year-old has been a regular in Newcastle’s second string, but hasn’t made a first-team appearance, and with a clutch of centre midfielders ahead of him, feels he may have to leave St James’s Park to benefit his career.
Fellow youngsters Conor Newton and Paul Dummett both penned new deals with Newcastle this week.
