JACK Colback says Sunderland have to make the most of their ‘underdogs’ tag going into Sunday’s game against Arsenal.
The Gunners have had their worst start to a season in almost 50 years but they will still be expected to emerge as winners this weekend when struggling Sunderland pay them a visit.
Colback though, says Sunderland can turn that to their advantage as they go in search of their first away win of the season.
He said: “We’ve got two away games coming up now at Arsenal and at Bolton and they’re two very different challenges.
“Bolton have made a bad start this season and people will think we’ve got a chance there but I think not many people will expect us to get much from Arsenal, even with their recent form.
“So we’ve got to hope that that that lack of expectation works for us because there’ll be no pressure on us going into the match.
“Because of that, we’ll hopefully be able to relax and play our best game and we’ll certainly need to if we’re to get anything from a team that is still one of the best around on their day.”
