SIMON Mignolet will not let the accolades get in the way of his progress at Sunderland.
Mignolet’s rapid rise during his first season in English football was capped last week by being named Sunderland Supporters Association Young Player of the Year.
The 23-year-old is expected to claim the same honour in the club’s official awards next week after a campaign which has seen him make 21 Premier League appearances and win his first senior Belgium cap.
But Mignolet believes there is plenty more still to come after plying his trade for Belgian outfit St Truiden just 12 months ago.
