Steve Bruce expects the bulk of Premier League clubs will be casting an eager eye at Upton Park on Sunday after West Ham’s relegation was confirmed by defeat at second bottom Wigan.
While the Hammers will make the right noises about keeping hold of their best players, the financial pressures of life in the Championship will force them to offload the likes of England trio Scott Parker, Carlton Cole and Robert Green.
Bruce is already considering a move for striker Demba Ba, who has scored seven in 10 starts for the Hammers since his January move from Hoffenheim.
